Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your post tag XML sitemap. To troubleshoot this problem, let’s try the following steps:
-
Flush Permalinks: Since you’ve already tried resaving the permalinks, let’s ensure that the changes take effect by navigating to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress admin area and clicking on the "Save Changes" button.
-
Clear Cache: Make sure to clear any caching plugins or server-side caches that might be affecting the sitemap generation.
-
Enable Sitemap Module: Double-check that the Sitemap module is enabled in Rank Math SEO. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard and ensuring that the Sitemap module is active.
-
Post Tag Settings: Confirm that the post tag setting is enabled in the Sitemap settings. You can find this by going to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings → Tags and ensuring that the "Include in Sitemap" option is enabled.
If after following these steps the issue persists, please check if there are any specific configurations or exclusions in the Rank Math settings that might be affecting the post tag sitemap generation.
If you continue to experience difficulties, feel free to reply here, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hello,
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math.
If this option is not available in your dashboard, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard. In the top-right corner, click on Advanced Mode as shown below:

Once you’ve enabled Advanced Mode, check the option again. You can access all the available options in Rank Math.
Here is more information about the advanced mode in our Knowledge Base article: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
Hope that helps and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Found it! Easy mode was the issue. Thank you 🙂 God Bless!
