Possible to change the e-mail address on my newly created account?

    Hi, I just created a new RankMath account but accidentally used a wrong e-mail address. Is it possible to change the e-mail address for this account or do I have to delete it and create a new account – with the correct e-mail address?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. If you have mistakenly used the wrong email address when creating your Rank Math account, you can change the email associated with your account. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Rank Math Support Forum.
    2. Open a ticket and provide a one-line summary of the issue in the Ticket Title section.
    3. In the Ticket Question section, explain that you need to change the email address associated with your account.
    4. In the Sensitive Data section, enter both the current email address and the correct email address you want to use for your account.
    5. Submit your ticket by clicking the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

    After that, you can log out of the account and request a password for the account from the login screen by clicking the “Reset password” link.
