    Hi,

    it says its all connected , but when we try to update the plugin we are getting this error “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    and we have multiple websites when it has tried to auto update, it is disabling all the plugins and causing massive issues

    we have paid for the business subscription (Which we need to get a refund to make it the same price as last year as per the ticket in our support “Renewal subscription more expensive”

    But it is still saying its a free license and not the business license?

    Then, could you please follow the below steps?

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.

    That should fix the issue.
