The issue is because of a server issue, specifically a Bad Request (400).

The 400 status code indicates that the server was unable to process the request sent by the client, and this might be a temporary issue on your site.

You can check with your web host to see if they can provide you with more details about this bad request error.

Also, we encountered similar issues before where this issue occurred when W3 Total Cache was currently active. You may also try disabling it temporarily and test the instant indexing again to see if that’s the case.
