  • Hello,

I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with enabling the Index Status tab in Rank Math Analytics. It seems like you have followed the correct steps, but the button is still not getting enabled.

To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure that you are using a Chromium-based browser like Google Chrome when trying to toggle on the "Enable the Index Status tab" option. Sometimes, certain functionalities may not work as expected in other browsers.

If you are already using Google Chrome and the issue persists, I recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies or trying to enable the Index Status tab in an incognito window to rule out any browser-related issues.

If the problem continues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Making the Most of the Analytics in Rank Math

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please make sure that you’ve not connected to your Google Search Console account with Rank Math via a domain property (sc-domain:yourdomain.com) but rather a URL prefix. Because we don’t support domain property and Index Status doesn’t work with it.

If you’re using domain property, please reconnect your Google account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and connect it with the URL-prefix property, and then try to enable the Index Status tab again.

If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
