Check for Custom Canonicals: If you have added custom canonicals to your posts, it can affect how URLs are displayed in the sitemap. Removing custom canonicals from your posts will allow Rank Math to generate the correct URLs in the sitemap.

Exclude Sitemaps from Caching: If there is data in the source code but the sitemap is still not displaying correctly, you can try flushing the sitemaps cache and excluding them from caching. This can be done by changing the sitemap settings in Rank Math and permalinks.
