WordPresss Account will not stay connected to Rank Math

    Hi, every time I go to write a new post, I go to click on the ContentAI button on the top of my screen, and I get a message to “Supercharge your content with AI”. I have signed in multiple times to RankMath, I have signed up, I even had credits available last time I wrote a post. I don’t know why this keeps happening. If I do click on the Connect Now button, it asks me to sign in, so I do, then I come right back to this same spot, where it asks me to “Supercharge your content with AI”.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to see any Content AI subscription on your account. If you’re referring to the free credits, please note that the Keyword research option is not available with the free Content AI credits.

    In order to use the Keyword Research feature, you’ll have to purchase a Content AI subscription from here: https://rankmath.com/content-ai/#pricing

    However, here’s how you can use the free Content AI credits on your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-ai-free/
