can’t open products category sitemap

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please do the following:

1. Head over to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Product categories and ensure you have not set to noindex under robots meta.

2. Check individual product categories and ensure they are not set to noindex in Rank math metabox in the Advanced tab. You should also ensure they are assigned to at least one product page.

3. Once confirmed, clear your cache and head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

Hit the save button once.

4. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

Hit the save button once.

That should fix the issue.

If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
