Course Category Sitemamp NOT WORKING

    Hi there, 3 months ago I’ve enabled the LearnDash Course Category Sitemap on my website but it is not working and it shows a 404 page when I click on the sitemap URL ( mywebsite.ext/ld_course_category-sitemap.xml ) . Do you have any suggestion on how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance for your support!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please do the following:

    1. Head over to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Course category and ensure you have not set to noindex under robots meta.

    2. Check individual course categories and ensure they are not set to noindex in Rank math metabox in the Advanced tab. You should also ensure they are assigned to at least one post.

    3. Once confirmed, clear your cache and head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    4. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

    If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
