Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with spam links appearing in your Rank Math sitemap. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
To address the spam links issue in your sitemap, you can follow these steps:
-
Check for Plugin or Theme Conflict: Use the Health Check plugin to identify if any other plugin or theme is causing conflicts that lead to the spam links appearing in the sitemap.
-
Flush Sitemaps Cache: If there is data in the source code of the sitemap page, try flushing the sitemaps cache and excluding it from caching using the steps outlined here.
-
Remove Static File: In case you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml), FTP into your server and remove the file.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue of spam links in your Rank Math sitemap. If the problem persists or you need further assistance, please let us know.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience in resolving this matter.
Best regards,
Rank Math Support Team

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We checked your sitemap and it is currently generating a different one.
Please head over to your website’s root directory and delete any sitemap files (.XML) there. Head also to wp-content > uploads > rank-math and delete any .XML files you see there as well. To access your website directory, you can do it using FTP or your CPanel’s File Manager.
Then, follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Hereās how you can add filter to your WordPress site:https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
