Will my rankings be badly affected?

Moving from Yoast should not affect any of your Rankings negatively since all the SEO data of the post as you have optimized in Yoast can be imported into Rank math. You can import the settings with Rank math form the plugin importers section in Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export
