We can see that you upgraded to Business July last year that is why the renewal for this year was for a Business plan.

Sorry for the confusion. Our accounts team checked the account further, and they found that your account hasn’t been charged this year and hasn’t been charged for renewal. With that, they cannot refund the upgrade because the transaction happened more than 10 months ago.

But they have successfully canceled your subscription, and you won’t get billed for its renewal.

Excuse me !!! you asked to get a new subscription and this would be refunded. You’ll cannot go back on your work and charge me. This is unethical business practice. As you can see,i only have a single website and there has been some kind of error for a business plan in the first place. You have to Refund the amount that you have charged immediately.

To begin with, there is an error with this, RANKMATH240531-4643-76666B Abgeschlossen July 21, 2023. this was not done by us. Hence we had raised a dispute with paypal.
Please look into our subscription, why would we go if for a business plan if have a single website, lets be practical to understand the issue here. you cannot be charging me for this.

We don’t mean to take back our words. Yes, we would gladly refund you if we have billed your account. But at the moment, we don’t see any transactions on your account dated May 31st.
As you can see here, we don’t see a transaction in 2024.
