    Can you please cancel and refund the Content AI and Rank Math Pro I purchased yesterday? It uses WAY too many credits for little tasks. (Nearly 4,000 credits used in less than an hour generating a handful of alt tags!!)

    I bought Rank Math pro thinking I could trial Content AI features (as it says when purchasing), but I needed to purchase Content AI for it to work on the website. I was hoping to use these features on multiple sites throughout the month, but was very taken aback by how limited credit usage is. I used almost 1/4 of my credits within an hour on one site!! I feel cheated.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go.
