To resolve this, please ensure that you have logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. After logging in, go to your Rank Math account settings and check if the remaining credits are displayed correctly. You can do this by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account Settings.
If the credit count is correct on your account but not reflecting on your website, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here are the steps to do so:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Click on the "Disconnect" button.
- Then click on the "Reconnect" button.
After reconnecting your account, go back to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count. This action will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
