    Rank Math pro

    I upgraded to Content AI. It shows active on the RankMath site, but shows 0 credits on in my wordpress site dashboard. Emails are the same. When I select upgrade, it takes me to the RankMath account and shows that the subscription is active.

    To resolve this discrepancy, please follow these steps:

    1. Check Remaining Credits:

      • Log in to your Rank Math account and navigate to the Websites section. Ensure that you can see the correct remaining credits there.

    2. Disconnect and Reconnect:

      • In your WordPress admin area, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
      • Click on the "Disconnect" button and then reconnect your Rank Math account following the steps provided in this screenshot.
      • After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI section and refresh the credits count as shown in this screenshot.

    By following these steps, your plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. If you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Hereā€™s a screenshot for reference:
