RankMath monthly report not being received

    Hi RankMath Support Team,

    I have successfully configured the Google Analytics property and Search Console for a website. I wasn’t sure if I can include the login credentials in “Sensitive Data” input.

    That being said, I’m able to track the data on either Google Analytics on Search Console. However, I’m not receiving reports from RankMath. Not sure what the issue could be. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

    P.s: It is worth mentioning that I’m a free user for the time being.

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with not receiving Rank Math reports despite successfully configuring Google Analytics and Search Console for your website.

    As a free user, you might not receive monthly reports from Rank Math. The monthly reports feature is available in Rank Math PRO. If you have configured Google Analytics and Search Console correctly but are still not receiving reports, it could be due to the limitations of the free version.

    Making the Most of the Analytics in Rank Math

    If the data is not showing on your Rank Math analytics dashboard, please try to follow this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

    If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
    

    This is how it should look like:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
