To ensure that Content AI is available in the media library for generating alt texts, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to the Media Library by clicking on Media.
- Select an image for which you want to generate alt text.
- Look for the Generate Alt button next to the Alt Text field. Click on it to trigger Content AI to generate the alt text for the image.
If Content AI is still not showing up in the media library after following these steps, please ensure that your WordPress version is compatible with Rank Math’s Content AI feature. As of now, Rank Math’s Content AI supports WordPress versions 5.6 and above.

thanks for your quick reply. Yes, it’s an account of our company but i wasnt aware it is not useable with the free Content AI plan. These are our settings, so i guess we have to upgrade to test it?

Sorry for the confusion. The ALT text tool can be used with the Free Content AI credits. However, you are using an old version of our plugins. The ALT text tool was introduced in the 1.0.218 version of the Free plugin. Please update Rank Math plugins to the latest version on your site and you will be able to generate the ALT text using Content AI: https://rankmath.com/changelog
