We only include 750 free credits on any plan level at the moment and if you want to use the full extent of Content AI you need to purchase a subscription from here: https://rankmath.com/content-ai/#pricing
The basic subscription includes 7500 credits which allows for 15 keyword researches per month and 7,500 words generated for the other features of Content AI.
