    Hello, I want to buy rankmath pro for my company but I get this error “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”

    What is the problem here?

    When attempting to purchase our subscription, please ensure that the country shown in the top right corner of your screen is referred to your actual location.

    If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    Also, please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    You can also try using PayPal to make the payment.

    If the issue persists, could you please confirm which country you are in when purchasing Rank Math?

    What is the country where the PayPal account was created? It seems that you are trying to sign up with a PayPal account that is not from Germany which would trigger a security flag in our payment provider, hence the error you are seeing.

    The country you are currently in and the country of the PayPal account need to match for the payment to go through.

    My creditcard and paypal account is in germany… I will check the error, but with the creditcard, we never have problems…

    its not the bank, its on your side, i cannot even get to the card verification.
    Your page is blocking my payment not paypal or my creditcard.

    I never have problems on other sites…

    Now it worked as I added the payment method manually in fastspring.
