The renewal is for your Content AI credits that was purchased last May 26, 2023.
We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

I have canceled it. However, Just because its your policy to issue emails 7 days before, ( which in the eyes of the law is something your company made up to benifit the company) does not mean it is right or with in the law. Or anther way to look at it, your opolicy are in real terms worthless bits of paper outside of your organistaion. Nul and void to anyone outside your organisation. I have just made up a policy that i should get a refund 7 days prior to my subscrption be renewed…regardless of if its renewed or not. You might say, that is stupid and how i can i just say that…. Well excatly that applies to yor policys outside your organisation. Please can you issue a refund as i did not want this service, and no i can not recall revieveing and email 7 days before. I have a life outside of just sitting here waiting for emails to come, just incase someone might send one… and i dont now for sure if i am going to get one or not…. Just for info… I no longer sit behind the front door all day either just incase the postman might delever a letter.

Since you mentioned that you didn’t receive the reminder, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
