    As a refund policy,
    If you are looking to request a refund for Rank Math PRO or Content AI, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase. To claim your refund, you need to drop an email to s******@r*********** or open a ticket on the Rank Math Support forum. The refund process is usually instant, but there might be delays depending on your payment provider. PayPal refunds reflect instantly, while credit card refunds take 5 to 7 days for US dollars and up to 30 days for other currencies. Debit card refunds can take up to 30 days for US dollars and up to 60 days for other currencies.

    This is my 2nd day of my purchase. Please refund.

    The policy you sent applies to newly purchased subscriptions.

    In your case, it is a renewal of a subscription and our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    Since you mentioned that you didn’t receive the reminder email, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
