    Hi,

    I just purchased that Content AI starter pack and want to access my credits but do not know how. There is no visible “refresh” button. Part of the issue may be that my SEO company built the site and it may be registered under their name. I have site access though and want to bring my credits in so I can fix some issues. Matt Rubin with Mr. Marketing in Mt. Pleasant, SC is the person who is likely the account holder. Will I still be able to use these credits or does he have to be the one to do it? If so, can I transfer my credits to him?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Since your website is connected to a different Rank Math account, then the Content AI credits should be purchased on that same account as well.

    In this case, we can transfer the credits to that account so you can apply them to your website. Please share the email address or the username so we can find it in our system.

    Okay, thank you. Would it be possible to cancel my purchase and get a refund for the credits? I believe they have a Rank Math Pro account and I should have talked with them before purchasing the starter pack. Since credits renew in a few days I don’t think I need the starter pack after all.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    Thank you, Princess. The only reason I requested a refund is because, since I use an SEO company who built my site and is the primary admin, I wasn’t able to directly access and use the credits. I want to check with them to see if adding credits is necessary based on the RankMath plan they have. I may repurchase credits in the future, depending on what they tell me.
