I have followed these instructions from your Support page regarding Blank Analytics page.
Check Rank Math Account Connection:Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account having a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account, navigating to the My Account area, and checking the Websites tab to see if your website is listed there. IT WAS
If your website is not listed, reconnect your website with the Rank Math account by going to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, then click Disconnect Account, and finally click Connect Now to reconnect your account.THERE IS NO “CONNECT NOW” LINK DISPLAYED AFTER I DISCONNECTED MY ACCOUNT, NOR ANOTHER WAY TO ADD ONE. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
The RankMath on my website said “0” searches, but my webhost analytics showed an entirely different result.Afterward, I tried rebuilding the database for Rankmath following your instructions here:
Rebuild Index for Analytics:Another step you can take is to rebuild the index for Analytics within Rank Math. This can help resolve any issues with incorrect data or blank pages.
Navigate to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index for Analytics (ensure you’re using Rank Math in the Advanced mode) and click on the Rebuild Index option. THERE IS NO ‘DATABASE TOOLS’ UNDER STATUS & TOOLS, ONLY ‘DATABASE.’ I CLICKED ON THAT AND THERE WAS ‘REBUILD INDEX’ NOR ANY OTHER LINK TO CLICK. I AM ATTACHING SCREENSHOT. WHY DO YOUR ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS NOT REFLECT WHAT WE SEE WHEN WE FOLLOW THEM? THIS MAKES FOR A TIME-WASTING AND FRUSTRATING ATTEMPT TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS SOFTWARE WITHOUT BOTHERING YOU AT SUPPORT.ALSO, MY RANKMATH SUBSCRIPTION IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND UNDER MY ACCOUNT HISTORY. I FEEL SURE i PURCHASED RANKMATH PRO IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
Have I completely wasted my money on RankMath Pro? How do we fix this?
Thank you,
