Can you please let us know if the issue only happens in the dashboard area? If so, please install the Query Monitor plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/) and check if there are any resource-intensive tasks going on.
You may share a screenshot of the queries shown there.

It’s expected that the Analytics module adds a bit of overhead to the server but that shouldn’t be something that is even noticeable to most users and it won’t affect the performance of your users.
It will only show those signs if the server is not capable of handling all the requests in a timely manner but if you have the requirements that we have in our KB article you should be fine: https://rankmath.com/kb/requirements/
