Please head over to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Posts and ensure you have enabled the option to add SEO metabox
If it’s already enabled, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

The best option would be to contact the theme developers and show them the issue. They should provide you with a temporal fix meanwhile they fix/update the theme.
