The issue seems to only occur when the Add missing ALT attributes option is enabled in Rank math > General Settings > Images.
I disabled the option for now, allow me to check with the dev team and will get back to you soon.

The issue that you are using a 1px wide image for some reason beneath the actual image:
<img style="border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;" src="https://ir-in.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=modularaura0d-21&language=en_IN&l=li3&o=31&a=B008YW3CYM" alt="" width="1" height="1" border="0" />
This one doesn’t exist which is not an issue on its own but when you enable the option in Rank Math to add missing alt text – we add that to all image tags found in your post regardless of whether the image open or throws a 404 or if the image is full size or setup to take up only 1px.
Please either:
1. Remove that 1px image from within your content
2. Or, keep the add missing alt text option in Rank Math disabled.

The 1px image seems to be added to all images added through elementor on your site. We might not have the capacity to go through all your posts and manually remove the extra image. You will have to find whats adding the extra image on posts. You can get in touch with Elementor support to help you with this. In the moment you can keep the add alt attribute option in Rank math disabled.
