  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that Google is no longer showing your subpages in the search results. There could be several reasons for this issue. One common reason is that Google has not indexed your subpages yet, especially if they are new or have recently been updated.

To address this problem, you can try the following steps:

    1. Submit Your Subpages to Google: You can submit your subpages to Google using the Google Search Console. Copy the URL of the subpage you want to submit, paste it into the Inspection tool in the Search Console, and request indexing. This can help Google discover and index your subpages faster.

    2. Check for Indexation Issues: Monitor your website’s indexation status using tools like the Google Search Console or Rank Math’s Index Status report. These tools can help you identify any errors that may be preventing Google from crawling and indexing your subpages.

    3. Ensure Proper Configuration: Make sure that your website’s robots.txt file is correctly configured and does not block Googlebot from accessing your subpages. Incorrect directives in the robots.txt file can prevent Google from crawling your site.

If you continue to experience issues with your subpages not appearing in Google search results, please feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance. You can contact our support team here.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We are here to help you with any issues you might face.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please confirm if you’re referring to the sitelinks? If so, please note that they are currently automated by Google, and there’s nothing we can do from our side to enable those on any website. Here’s the documentation from Google that you can follow to learn more about it: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/sitelinks

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Hi

Could it be that this happened because I accidentally selected pillar content?

    Hello,

No, selecting pillar content shouldn’t directly impact sitelinks. Google’s algorithm decides sitelinks based on various factors like site structure, relevance, and user behavior. Check your site’s SEO health and ensure it follows best practices from the guide we previously shared.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.

    Hello

hmm I scored 95/100 on Rankmath and actually did everything the way it needed to be.

Do the sitelinks have anything to do with keyword cannibalization? On the homepage I have included Werbeagentur as the main keyword, but also Marketing and Webdesign

    Keyword Setup Overview:

    Homepage:
    Werbeagentur, webdesign, marketing

    Webdesign subpage:
    Webdesign

    Could that be a problem?

The site has been running for over a year and I haven’t changed anything in the last few months, but the sitelinks are simply gone

    Hello,

The sitelinks are automatically selected by Google for the website appearing in the first position for a particular search term and it only appears if the algorithm believes that those pages are relevant for the search queries.

This doesn’t need any additional Schema markup or any specific optimization from the pages, the process is entirely automated as we mentioned before.

Even if you don’t change anything on the website, the algorithm requirements are constantly changing with the core updates and there was one released recently related to relevant content which could have triggered this.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
