Please note that it is done on purpose and your My Account, Cart, and Checkout pages SHOULD have noindex as they do not need to be included in the Index.
This is nothing to be worried about.

That no-index tag is added by the Rank Math WooCommerce module and it overrides any setting you could change to set it as index, to avoid you having issues. f you want to disable it, you can disable the WooCommerce module (not recommended if you are using WooCommerce) or using some custom filter (we could help you with that), but it is not recommended to index those pages.
