Taxonomy sitemap returns 404 error

    Hi there,

    I’ve added taxonomies to our sitemap and all are working and showing correctly in the sitemap, except for the product_tag sitemap. I’ve tried the usual fixes such as resaving the permalinks, clearing caches, etc.(see below) but this one still hasn’t appeared.

    Saved permalinks, then saved RM Sitemaps.
    Added (.*)sitemap(.*) to Litespeed excludes.
    Created a bypass page url for the url in Cloudflare
    Cleared all caches

    I’ve added the url in the following box.

    Wordpress: 5.4.2
    RankMath: 1.0.47
    Theme: ArtBees WP Jupiter (Child) 6.5.1

    Any thoughts or ideas most welcomed.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please check the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress dashboard > Product > Product Tags and make sure you tags, at least one, and not set to noindex in Rank math metabox under Advanced Tab

    2. Head over to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Products Tags and ensure you have not set noindex under robots meta

    3. Head over to Rank math > Sitemap Settings > Product Tags and ensure you have enabled the product tag sitemap. If you have not assigned any tag to any product page, ensure to enable the option to include empty terms or optionally assign your tag(s) to at least one product.

    Many thanks for your reply. Point number two fixed the issue! No Index had been set in Rank Math for the Product Tags.
