Looks like the box is just gone for one post. Every new post is having it
Now I copied everything to a new post, edited the Rank Math settings and published it… Great, but editing this post now has the Rank Math boxes lost again 🙁
I followed this to check if there is a plugin or theme conflict.

All plugins disabled and switched to the default twentytwenty theme and the issue is still there

The plugin is working fine with the latest WP version. Here’s a screencast:

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using (that is why we recommended to check it and that is why we added the screencast showing how it is working).
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If you have already done that, we have also found that the WordPress team published a plugin to fix this issue meanwhile the theme developers update their themes to work with the latest WordPress version.
