    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please note that our plugin shows the description in the preview only when the post type has editor support. You are facing this issue because it seems like your CPT doesn’t have editor support and that’s why the preview is not working properly.

The description should be added in the front end and you can check your page source code to confirm this.

To fix the preview, you will have to enable the editor support from the post type settings of that plugin.

However, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello
That cannot be. I have the problem with an account that has administrator rights. This account should be allowed to do everything according to this screenshot.

Regarding payment version. This is because I am the client’s agency and I am writing on his behalf. The customer has the licence, we have the account.

    Hello,

The issue here is not with the Role Manager or user access on your site.

As my colleague mentioned, the CPT doesn’t have editor support that’s why the preview is not working properly.

Here’s a sample image where you can enable it if you’re using the CPT UI plugin

To fix this, you may get in touch with the plugin/theme you are using to generate those custom post types and share the information above.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi Reinelle

Thanks for your reply, but we haven’t installed the CPT UI Plugin.

    Hello,

Editor support is not enabled for the Pages on your site. Our plugin cannot control this, and it will not generate the SEO description preview unless you enable editor support.

You should get in touch with your theme as they will be in a better position to help you fix this.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Our Theme is made from scratch. Can you give me a hint, where I can enable this editor support?

    Hello,

When registering the post type, you should add the supports tag enabling the editor like this:

    $supports = array( 'title', 'editor', 'author', 'thumbnail', 'excerpt' );

Here’s an article you can check as well:

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,
