    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you share (in the Sensitive Data section) the affected URL so we can check it and suggest you a solution?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi,

Could you please specify, where can I find the affected URL because there is only the error of Robots.txt, when I do the SEO analysis?

    Hello,

I think it will be easier if we take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I was able to replicate the issue and I think we would need some FTP credentials so we can check the debug logs to try to find the cause of the issue.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hi,

Do you need the Cpanel login password?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for follow up

Yes that would be helpful. Just add it to the sensitive section where only our staff can have access to.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You seem to have removed the site access while adding the cPanel access. Could you please add without removing the current details.

In the meantime I created a robots.txt file in your root folder and added the following:

    User-Agent:*
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    Sitemap: https://yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi,

The Robot.txt file is working now. There are some other problems related to H1 heading, H2 heading and Focus Keywords. Can you please also have a look on them?

    Thanks

    Hello,

We are glad the issue with robots.txt is fixed.

To fix the failed tests on missing H1 tag, you will need to add your homepage or included posts and add at least one <h1> tag.

You home page also seems to have 32 <h2> tags. The recommended maximum number is usually 20 tags.

Please note that if some of the tests don’t seem applicable to your site, you can ignore them. The tests are only there for your reference.

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
