Hi,
I have problem with submitting a sitemap generated by RankMath to Search Console.
When I add the sitemap: https://primus.biz.pl/sitemap_index.xml (from Sitemap settings) Google says that the type is unknown and the status says that it could not be downloaded – the error says that: “We encountered an error when trying to access your sitemap. Make sure your sitemap follows our guidelines and is available in the location you specified, then resubmit.”First it was blocked by robots.txt (disallow – all) but I changed the file and it is still the same problem.
And after connecting the RankMath with Search Console – when I go to the RankMath SC page and Refresh Sitemaps – there is a green notice at the top: ‘https://primus.biz.pl/sitemap_index.xml’ is not a sitemap index. And “No sitemaps submitted”.
Is this a matter of time or what?

That is a weird issue, I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
