Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

I was able to log in but when entering I was redirected to another page, I was not able to edit anything (but maybe another staff member was).
I was going to check it again and if the issue was still there to record a screencast showing you it but I can’t find the login credentials in the Sensitive Data section anymore, could you check it?
