I checked your site with the SEO analyzer and it seems to be running the SEO analysis just fine, please check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section.
On your site, please clear your cache, then head over to Rank math > Status and Tools >Database tools and click flush SEO analysis data and also remove transients. Once done that, head over to SEO analysis and perform site-wide analysis again.
