  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing performance issues with Rank Math on your website. To address the slowdown caused by Rank Math creating 1.2 million tables in the backend, you can follow these steps to reduce and delete some of them:

    1. Identify the Rank Math tables with a prefix like _rank_math_ in your database.

    2. Once you have identified these tables, you can safely delete them by clicking on the Drop option to remove them from your database.

Here is an example image showing Rank Math tables in the database that you can refer to:

If you need further assistance or have any more questions about managing Rank Math tables, feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team here. Our support team is available 24/7, 365 days a year to assist you.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

and what happens once you delete them. doesnt the plugin need them?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please ignore the reply from the RankBot. Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the data rows created by Rank Math for your Analytics?

If so, please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and click on the Delete Data button to clear the database table.

Once done, you can reduce the number of days in the Analytics Database option, and after saving the changes, click Update Data Manually.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I don’t know. was told by my host that
On review of the website itself, I do see something that you will want to address. The database for djworx.com has a couple of tables with an unusually high number of rows. If those tables are being queried when you are accessing the dashboard, which they most likely are, response times from the server could be affected resulting in apparent lag. Below are the concerning database tables:

    wp_rank_math_analytics_gsc has 1.2 million rows

    Hello,

In that case, you can proceed with deleting the data by following the steps my colleague presented here.

After that, you can click on the button “Update Date Manually” to fetch brand-new data from Google.

Lastly, to avoid creating that amount of rows in the future, you can decrease the storage days as well.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

hi this seems to have helped a bit
please can you assist me with some UI – in ‘site analytics” you can only see I think 50 posts with rank math. why can’t you increase this number? also when you order them by impressions etc it only orders the ones on that “page” this isn’t helpful, it should order them across all the posts, so you can work on the most urgent and clearly see which they are. is there a way to change this?

    Hello,

If you have more pages on the website than just the sum of all of them in the Site Analytics section you can update the index for Analytics by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#rebuild-index-for-analytics

Depending on the number of pages on the website it can take up to 2 hours to fully complete the process.

Regarding the sorting of the keywords, this is a known issue with the plugin and something that our developers are working on fixing ASAP.

The sorting only works for the current page as you correctly pointed out.

We recommend keeping an eye on our changelog to see when an update is ready that corrects this issue: https://rankmath.com/changelog

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
