Could you please confirm where you’re trying to add the focus keyword? In your posts/pages, you should able to add at least 5 focus keywords by default. If you want to include more, you’ll have to use the following filter on your website to increase the limit:

add_filter( 'rank_math/focus_keyword/maxtags', function() {
    return 10; // Number of Focus Keywords. 
});

Yes, you can add multiple keywords on your product pages but in your product category pages, you can add only one focus keyword.

In the free version of the plugin, you can add 5 focus keywords by default on your products. But if you need more, you can use the filter we shared above.

Since product category pages are a collection of your products, you don’t need to add keywords to them as there is no content that can be optimized.

You just have to make sure that your products are optimized well so they rank higher, you just need to make sure that the title of the products is optimized for the keywords.
