Hello,
I have been attempting to link RankMath with WordPress and I’m getting this warning:
“The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (10/08/2020 00:00:00) or Update Manually.
Note: Please update your data by clicking on ‘Update Manually’. Google only stores data from the last 90 days – a dataset older than that can’t be updated anymore.”
I’m working on my first website, and I’ve read through several tickets to identify the issue. This is all new language for me, but I’ll share a little bit of what I’ve tried:
*coding on website and Site is verified with Google. Website name shows up in “Search Console Profile.”
I had a schedule cron job on 8/8/2020 and it did not resolve the issue
Attempted clearing cache many times and updating manually
Inactivated RankMath with WP and reactivated
Deleted RankMath and reinstalled
Scheduled cron job manually in cPanel
Attempted manual cron job through the use of wp Crontrol plugin
In this app, it identifies “!None” as completing the action beside all events that are scheduled for cron job (i.e. daily, monthly etc.) all of services in WP Crontrol have identified programs running jobs.I’m at a loss at this point, I’m not sure if the cron job is supposed to be completed by BlueHost or WP or how I can get your beautiful looking program up and running.
Any help would be awesome when you are able!
Thank you,
aaron
