In addition to the Rank Bot response, aside from using the default Product Schema for WooCommerce products, you can always add a new Schema type with our Custom Schema Builder in the PRO version and save it as a Schema Template to use for your products.
You can take advantage of the Custom Schema Generator available with Rank Math PRO https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-generator/ to create the custom schema.
