Errors on some of my home pages but not others

    Hi, I have a multilingual site with 8 languages so I set a home page for each language. I am SEO optimizing each page using the astra customizer And elementor page builder. The issue I am having is that some of my pages have the following errors while other pages don’t. I don’t get why that is happening because I set up the pages the same, just different languages.
    The errors: No outbound links to external source
    Saying that I need a table of content to break down post
    No outbound links in content
    I did not get these errors on my pages in Arabic, English and Swahili but I got them on my pages in French, Spanish, Persian and Malayalam

    So I figured out why I was getting the error about links to resources outside my website.

    I also fixed the issue about not having a table of content. Or maybe it just resolved on its own. I am using elementor page builder so I don’t know if that helped

    I am using polylang and Lingotek to translate my pages but I set most of my content to manual translation profile
