    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Your have set your tags to noindex and therefore even with their sitemap enabled, they are not added to your sitemap which cause tag sitemap to lead to a 404.

You seem to have created the first post some hours ago. Empty categories are usually not included in the sitemap, unless you have enabled the option to include empty category in Rank math > Sitemap Settings > Categories.

You also seem to have caching on your site, please exclude (.*)sitemap(.*) and (.*)sitemap(.*).xsl from caching.

Once the above is set, you can resubmit your sitemap in your GSC and give it sometime for Google to crawl your sitemap.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Michael
Thank you so much for your help, I have sorted out the tags so that’s brilliant. But I really do not understand this sentence “You also seem to have caching on your site, please exclude (.*)sitemap(.*) and (.*)sitemap(.*).xsl from caching”.

Would you mind telling me where I have to go to find this code, I understand the caching but have no idea where to find the above to delete it.

    Many Thanks
    Karen

    Hello Karen,

That largely depends on what cache plugin you are using.

We checked your website and can’t find any settings for the Cache and we do not see any plugin for cache installed but we do see an option for Endurance cache but there are no settings.

With that said, your sitemap no longer seems to be cached so there is no further action needed from your end.

If you face any other issue, we are always here to help.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
