Hello,
Your sitemap is opening at this link:
https://stextremecleaning.com/?sitemap=1
In this case, you may need to apply the redirect in your server configuration by following the steps here:
https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/#nginx-server-error
If you need assistance applying those, you may need to get in touch with your web host so they can add it for you.
Hope that helps.
My host tells me that this was done. I do not get access to the server to make the changes myself and I was told that the changes have been made.
Please explain why the site map is not working.
James
Hello,
It appears this change is yet to be reflected.
Please request that your host clear any server-level cache after applying the configuration and see how it goes.
Thank you.
The server changes were made but did not work
