The Rank Math plugin does not accept data from the SEO framework at the moment but you can work around this issue by making use of a third-party SEO plugin that accepts data from this plugin and then import the data to the Rank Math plugin.

You can import data from SEO Framework to a supporting plugin such as Yoast and if everything seems fine use Rank math import option to import the data from Yoast.

Uploading yoast Just So I can import data from Framework to export it so i can export that data Rank Math strikes me as kind of absurd. Time consuming and likely to create hard to spot errors.
Any other ideas?

I know it is not the easiest (and quickest) way but right now it is the one we have since to keep the plugin lightweight we are not able to support importing from all the SEO plugins in the market.
