Sorry, I found the problem. You have merged two accounts for me – is it possible to see if there was a Pro version on the i***@d************* account and was not moved over to the h****@g**************** account?
If nothing helps… How much does a Pro version currently cost – would you like to pay for the whole year? I couldn’t find the annual payment with you.

Your PRO plan expired on February 6, 2024. All our subscription plans are billed annually. The PRO plan will cost you $69 + taxes for the first year and will renew at $79 + taxes. https://rankmath.com/pricing/
