I checked your site but I couldn’t find any pages or posts without meta description. I also checked on Google using site:yourdomain.com and I couldn’t ind the issue still. Could you please share with us the pages/posts with the issue and if possible upload some screenshots via https://imgur.com

When I click on Edit Snippet , my post description is empty. It shows only excerpt of the post – first 160 symbols. I’m sure all my posts have custom written Post Description.

I am sorry but there is some issue with your WP installation.
I cannot activate the troubleshooting mode and the import doesn’t finish beyond 4600 posts. Could you please ask your web hosting provider to take a closer look? Perhaps some error log or debug log they can share?
Alternatively, please share your FTP details so we can take a closer look at this.
