You will need to register it as a correct page within WordPress so all the regular WordPress features can appear on that page too.
Then, check the tab concerned the subpages at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta >
Then, enble the SEO meta box.

Did you try to register those pages as my colleague suggested? That is the way to get them showing in the Titles & Meta section, since if not, there is no way to Rank Math to find and display them.
