Meanwhile, we don’t offer a lot of customization options in the sitemap style, you can easily disable the sitemap credits adding this code at the end of your functions.php:

* Filter to remove sitemap credit.
*
* @param boolean Defaults to false.

add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/remove_credit', '__return_true');

I am sorry but we don’t have an option to change the sitemap file URL. The sitemap URL is automatically generated by Rank math and it would be recommended not to change it..
If you want a different URL you can use a separate sitemap file/plugin and then disable the sitemap module in Rank Math via Rank Math > Dashboard
