It seems your sitemap is being cached. The first step will be to remove the current submitted sitemaps from your GSC.
Do you have any caching plugin on your site? If so please exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached and clear your cache then do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
3. Once this is done, now head back to your GSC and resubmit ONLY your main sitemap(sitemap_index.xml)
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

I have checked and it seems your robots.txt file is wrong. Could you go to the WordPress Dashboard and as I see you in the following screencast, replace the content of the robots.txt with the following one (replacing mywebsite.com with your domain): https://i.rankmath.com/IGKVtd
User-Agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Sitemap: http://mywebsite.com/sitemap_index.xml

I still see the old robots.txt in your site. I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
