About the notification message not disappearing, are you using a cache plugin? Could you try to empty it and let us know if that solved your issue?

About the other issue, not being able to delete some posts, we would need some login details and also that you let us know some of the affected posts so we can try to check the issue by ourselves.

The notification is coming up because the plugin Porto Theme - Functionality is adding the post types to your site. They however don’t seem to show up when Porto Theme is active. I was able to pin this by enabling troubleshooting mode with TWenty twenty theme, Rank math and the Porto plugin active. Please check the screncast I have added in the sensitive section and get in touch with the plugin support regarding this. Let us know how this goes.

Please read my reply carefully. The issue is not with Rank math compatibility with Porto theme. The issue is the Porto Theme Functionality Plugin which is creating the post types but they don’t seem to be showing up on your interface unless you switch to default Twenty Twenty theme. I recommend that you get i touch with the plugin support about this.

Rank math is only identifying the new post types and creating the new post type detected notification on your site back end.
