Image Title & Alt Formats Not Working

Rank math can add the alt tags only if it can analyze and find the images. In you case, you seem to be using Beaver builder to add the images. If you add an image through the standard editor you will note the image alt tag is correctly added.

We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.

You would need to contact the developer of the theme by showing the following link:
